WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING

Every piece is made to order from the photographs you supply, in the theme you choose. Because each commission is individual, no two are identical, and small variations from any example shown on this site are expected.

Prices, package contents, and turnaround times are as shown at the time you order.

YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

You confirm that you own the photographs you upload, or have permission to use them, and that we may use them to create your artwork.

We may decline a commission if a photograph is not clear enough to draw from. If we do, and you have no suitable alternative, we refund you in full.

PREVIEW AND APPROVAL

We send a digital preview before anything is printed. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.

Your package includes the number of revision rounds stated on the pricing page. Further changes may be quoted separately.

If we do not hear from you within 60 days of sending a preview, we may treat the order as approved and complete it.

DELIVERY

Digital files are delivered by email. Physical items ship to the address you give us; delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees.

Please check your delivery address carefully — we cannot recover a parcel sent to an address that was given to us incorrectly.

OWNERSHIP

You own the physical piece you buy, and you may use the artwork for personal purposes.

Rory & Tank Productions retains copyright in the artwork itself. Commercial use — resale, merchandise, or licensing — needs our written permission.

LIABILITY

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
