WHAT WE COLLECT

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, the photos you upload, your pets' names, and any notes you send us.

Card details are typed into Square's own hosted payment fields. They go to Square and never reach our servers — we store only the payment identifier Square returns, so we can match a payment to your order.

Our server keeps ordinary web logs (IP address, request time) for security and troubleshooting.

HOW WE USE IT

To draw your artwork, send you a preview to approve, keep you updated, and deliver the finished piece.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

YOUR PHOTOS

Photos you upload are stored privately. They are reachable only by us and by whoever holds your order link, and they are not published anywhere.

We will not use your photos or your finished artwork as examples of our work — not on this site, not on social media, nowhere — unless you tell us we may.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Square processes the payment and receives your email address so it can send a receipt. Their privacy policy governs what they do with it.

Our email provider handles the messages we send you, and our hosting and storage providers hold the data on our behalf.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep order records for 7 years so we can honour reprints, answer questions, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Ask us to delete your photos once your order is complete and we will.

YOUR CHOICES

Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we will honour them.
